Apps

InsightTimerApp with the world's largest collection of free meditations for better sleep and a healthy approach to anxiety and stress. I still use it to help me fall asleep.
CurableThe Curable app provides evidence-based lessons on chronic pain. It helps you see the connections between what happens in the brain, in the body and in everyday life, to get a complete picture of what is causing the symptoms and how to relieve them. I have only used it briefly but it looks very good.
Couch to 5kA great app if you want to start jogging again slowly and carefully if you have been unable to due to pain or other health reasons. Note: I don't know your case or your symptoms. If you are in pain, it may be more appropriate to gradually increase your walking distance and time before starting to jog. If your pain doesn't get worse with jogging, you may not need this app at all.
